"I rolled over my IRA and was told silver was the best way to go. My investment was nearly $50,000.00 and that was back in June, 2023. I looked at my statement and it says I have $25,000 currently. What happened to the other half of my $$$$? The price of silver has not chaged very much. I think I have been scammed out of half of my investment and want the full value returned to me ASAP."

He also now is not returning calls for where to send the $. Complete scam. This thing is targeting elderly memory issues people. Don’t let your loved ones get scammed by this organization."

"You have to know what you’re doing if you buy from them. I was a beginner looking for advice and they sold me very high premium coins that never recovered in value even after seven years and even though gold and silver spot prices were up 20-30%. They should have recommended something else to a beginner and after hearing my goals. But they sold me coins that were profitable for them not in my best interest. I would not recommend them or use them again."

"I reached out to Hartford Gold about a year and a half ago. My call ended in not purchasing gold due to Hartford feeling gold prices fluctuating and they did not want to sell any. I have just received a call from them and they wanted to now sell, after asking about the process and not understanding after the representative's explanation i was told that the call was a waste of his time and he hung up. While this is a review of that rep more than the company, I have yet to be able to use their services due to there customer service."
