"It was a long process to gain access to my deceased parents account, and Elissa would follow up professionally until everything was completed... These days we usually have to "chuck and chase" and we did not have to with Elissa. Very professional and you should do what you need to do to keep her around."
"Strata's personnel are always cheerful, quick, helpful in all that I experience each time I call. I have never been disappointed in any personal call. I trust all of them."
"I do not remember his name but I have NEVER received the kind of help that he gave me. What an asset to have him as an employee. If there were more stars allowed he would certainly get them."
Worst Strata Trust Company Complaints
"Very difficult to get a distribution from Strata - after I submitted my form, there were a number of issues. First email, they needed a voice recording of my verbal permission to acquire my details. Second email , they said my electronic signature was outdated and to find out I only had to type in my initials next to my electronic signature! Third email, I was off one number on my bank routing number and they told me that I needed to resubmit an entire new distribution form - why they couldn't just ask me to correct the 1 number is beyond me.Not an easy process. I'm sending out the second request and wonder what else is going to go wrong."
"The worst & most frustrating company to deal with!! Fees for everything & to get my money out was like pulling teeth. Gave me the runaround for over a month before FINALLY paying out. Almost lost the closing on my condo. Stay far away from this company!!!!!!!"
"This company is only interested in sucking fees from customers and it is not interested in their satisfaction or the having a relationship. This company is charging me a full annual fee of $100 for each of the accounts (myself and wife) just for a few days because these accounts will be transferred from Strata to Alto (another custodian). Unfortunately I dont control the transfer date."
"I had some problems with filing out the on line rmd form. When I called for help I talked to Cory. Twice in fact. he was so nice and helped me through my problems ending in my being able to submit my completed form. He kept reassuring me he was there to help and we would get it done and we did thanks to him and his petience."
