"I was mislead greatly by one of the consultants, and I had trusted him. I lost a lot of money and was told something regarding the worth of the American Eagle Proofs, that was later disclaimed by another consultant who basically told me I was mistaken. I wasn't. I admit I may not understand the market completely, but I know I was mislead; I know what I was told by that person at American Bullion (now on leave of absence). I just had to cut my losses. I hope that those who spoke to me so casually about my hard-earned life savings suffer like I have so that they won't mislead anyone else, and may learn some compassion."

"I called to try and get some details regarding fees and process. The receptionist transferred me to an account rep. The account rep was very short and asked if he could call me back "after I get rid of this other call". Is that how they treat customers. When he called back he was pushing me into a higher amount of money and wanting to get very personal with my finances. Each time I tried to ask for a fee schedule and try to understand how they work I felt as if I was not allowed to ask these questions until I ordered the IRA booklet, read it and then called back. They are the best and only company to deal with according to the rep who claimed to be the Director. I gave him my email for the pamphlet but based on the pushy sales approach will be looking at other companies."
