Franck Muller's Encrypto Watch - First Luxury Bitcoin Watch

The Franck Muller Bitcoin Watch designed by Franck Muller himself (And partnered with Regal Assets) can cost you in the range of $9,800 and $55,880. These timepieces use the Bitcoin Safetly Orange CYMK and the dial itself is designed using the QR code of Satoshi’s Genesis Block address. The watch collection, aims to showcase a visionary flair, never seen on any timepiece.

Each watch comes not just as one set but as a a two piece set. It is being referred to as the Deep Cold Storage set. Each set comes with a sealed USB containing the private key and the time piece itself with its own unique public address etched on the dial.

The Watch's Cold Storage Feature

The timepiece's use an offline generated, non-deterministic TRNGs (Also known as True Random Numbers Generated) that cannot be hacked or stolen. This method of storage has been popular among Bitcoin hodlers and early adopters since it has such a high degree of security behind it.

Owners of this watch can rely on the QR code found on the face of the watch rather than slips of paper with codes on them to check their balance. You can also deposit BTC into your personal cold storage vault by scanning the QR code on the watch.

It was recently announced that Regal Assets will be offering customers that rollover a portion of their retirement account (401k, IRA, etc.) to a Bitcoin IRA will qualify for a free watch with their new account. This announcement was made shortly after the watches were released to the public for sale.

Higher End Versions + Options/Editions

The high-end versions of this Franck Muller watch can cost you up to $55,000 but you will get the diamond encrusted versions. They can also feature precious metals such as gold on the dial and frame of the watch. The watches can be purchased by using a credit card, bank transfer, or Bitcoin.

Unfortuntely, there are a limited amount of these up for sale. Only 500 of each edition were produced including the Speed, Millennium, Black Elemento, Gold Elemento, Centurion, Opera One, Color Dreams, and the Opera Limited.
