Worst Texas Bullion Exchange Complaints

"I went to have some coins appraised and to find out what they are worth. I inherited a lot of gold coins from my father and have no idea what they’re worth. I was ushered into an office and told someone would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later no one had said anything to me, so I took my coins and left. I was very disappointed with the nonexistent service I received there. Sadly enough I was prepared to pay them for their services."

"Rude! Asked them to stop calling and was told they would call back anyway. Called me back in 1 minute mocking me. If I wanted to buy something, I would not buy from a telemarketer that calls incessantly! Probably scam artists anyway. Negative 5 stars"

"Placed order on 10/20/18....took my money...no product and no response from company as to where is my order."

"I inquired about if they have promotions for first-time customers via their chat. I know others have it and have benefited from their promotions. The first time I had a chat with TBE, they wanted to talk on the phone and I prefer to do business online. The chat agent claimed that I would get something via email. I checked and no promotion info. via email. I went online today and had another chat and again they wanted to talk to me on the phone. Not sure if this is a security measure or if they are trying to upsell me on something else. All I wanted to do was to buy online and take advantage of any first-time customer promotions. This is not a complaint but a review as this really turned me off from using them, even though they have some pieces I was really interested in purchasing."
