Worst Pacific Premier Trust Complaints
Featured"Pacific Premier Trust is the worst predatory entity I have ever dealt with. There should be a class action lawsuit to punish their bad behavior. I held private securities in two Pensco accounts, and they were moved to PPT when they merged. PPT charged exorbitant $350 quarterly fees for each account, and rejected my attempts to transfer the securities out. Their customer support was nonexistent, and it took a few years to finally get resolution. In the end I got the securities out and closed the accounts - they charged me $250 fee to close each account. SHAME ON YOU, PACIFIC PREMIER TRUST, you deserve a minus 5 review!!!"
Featured"After being a client for over 20 years one of my holdings is liquidating and returning capital for the fourth month now by schedule. My money still hasnt been credited to my account on the 18th after my holding sent it on the seventh. This is the second time in four months that this has happened. Their telephone representatives tell me to call the sender. I am fed up and not looking forward to begging for my money every month until I am able to get my money and no longer be a client."
