When he originally started this process he included me so I could help him out. The reps were fantastic, and explained everything to be to a point where we were comfortable, and never pushed us. Fast forward to two weeks ago my father had an unexpected medical issue and is no longer with us. His medical expenses were burdensom. I was forced to liquidate the metals we purchased and the rep who originally helped us made it such a breeze to do so. In the end we made a good amount of money while a lot of people lost trusting the stock market.
