Worst Kitco Complaints
Featured"Sorry to say, a real mess likely due to poor staff training. They don't know the difference between a bank draft or cheque. They don't know that Canadian banks have US$ accounts, so that funds don't require foreign clearing. They can also be on thin legal ice with their written statement of having the "right" to do customer voiceprints, as well as troll social media, credit bureaus, and other data bases in regard to your personal information (none of which you gave them permission to do). They declare the right to impose corporate ownership on your personal information, and demand government-only personal documentation contrary to privacy rights in Canada. A lot of customers would find these revelations troubling to say the least, which is not my experience with any other previous bullion seller. Overall very troubling experience with three weeks from the time they were paid, to product being received (by Fedex!). Service may be terrible - but product is good."
