The UPS delivery guy warned me that the package had been tampered with. Took two months to get a replacement. It was stolen by their shipper and was NEVER delivered to me. (I refused acceptance) Yet, as far as they were concerned it was MY problem, not theirs. Found a new source that was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper and I mean s LOT cheaper for the exact same product. I now buy from Bullion Exchanges and have saved thousands of dollars. I was shocked. JM Bullion is NOT the kind of company you would want to deal with. They have NOTHING to offer either in product or conduct. They couldn't give a S*&T about you, as a customer."
