Featured"Incompetence is the best word to define this company - My funds are in their possession (took months). Now I am trying to get the LLC established ( 2 weeks and counting). Customer service is horrible ( Don't let Charlotte help you!!!) I cant get away from them yet but will leave ASAP."
Featured"I started the process of making a partial distrubtion from my IRA on 12/22/2023. On 12/29/2023 I received an email that I would receive a call within 3-5 business days to authorize the transfer of funds. On 1/5/2024, I received an email that they needed another form--which I promptly submitted and now it will be 3-5 MORE days before I even get the call to move the funds. I started this on 1/22/2023 so that I could get the funds the first week in January. If you want your money out--plans MONTHS aheads....weeks are not enough time for these people to do their jobs. BTW--they did offer to expedite my funding for a $200 fee. F@$## these people."

Once IRA Financial had my funds, then they sprung a new $600 fee out of left field. They even claimed that the documents they had already signed before I moved my money were not actually approved by their compliance team and were therefore not authorized in spite of the signatures. This is a classic case of holding funds hostage. Once they had my money, the rules changed."
