I asked to cancel my other orders that are the same produces, they want to charge me 10% for no reason. I asked to return or exchange the bad produces they sent to me, they also want to charge me 10% for no reason. even though, the spot price now is higher than when I placed orders, they still want to charge me extra 10%."
