"I recently sold a quantity of 1oz gold Maple Leaf coins to Boston Bullion. The price Ken gave me was more than fair and the process was finished in a matter of minutes. He is very likeable and trustworthy. You feel comfortable doing business with him. I will definitely be a return customer."

"I sold 3 bullions to Ken (around 6 ounces) very recently and I have to admit he is very fair and honest person. I even checked the accuracy of both of his scales just for my own curiosity and both of his scales were very accurate and precise (probably he thought I am some kind of undercover federal agent when I checked the scales :). Plus he payed more then a few other dealers I called!Highly recommended!"

Worst Reviews & Complaints
"This place has the worst customer service! After many calls and emails inquiring about how to buy some coins, I desisted from make any purchase from this place. The person answering my emails was rude and not helpful at all! No everyone is en expert on coins, and this place won't spend any time with you responding you questions, either by phone or emails! If you never placed an order here, don't waste your time with Boston Bullion."

"I went in there to sell a coin and he was on the phone, I could of waited for him to get off the phone but he wanted to do it the same time. As soon as I showed him my coin he look at me like i was on crack and told me no and turned and kept talking on the phone like I didn't matter. Thing of it was I had a lot more coins to show him but after that I could care less to give him any of my time and if your reading this sir you should talk to your customers with respect and tell them what your interested in and maybe we could of done some business. If he does this to you, you should just walk out and give him the same treatment. Never will come back"
