"Received my American Eagles May 6. Order was placed May 3. Shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS). Mine came shipped in a sealed plastic Bag. Each coin is in a plastic holder and the bag was placed in a sealed plastic box. The box is shipped in a cardboard box. Used a SIGMA tester and coins are legit Eagles. I was hesitant after reading the negative reviews. Once you place your order you need to watch your email for a verification message and to call them so they can verify your identity and shipping address."

"Bought the '2016-WPCGS PR70DCAM Silver Eagle - 30th Anniversary First Day of Issue - Philadelphia Lettered Edge' Great coin! Fast shipping too!"

"Just reached select status I've ordered 2 1/2 gram bars so far both exchanges went perfectly well with delivery, so far ups made me sign for package USPS did not but I'm still happy with service looking forward to further investments with apmex."

"An absolute nightmare!! Stay away from here. They make you run on loops, gather all information and poke your eye again and again. I would rate less than 1 if I could. I ordered $17k worth of gold coins and It was shipped via ups that required adult signature, ups marked the order as delivered when I didn’t receive and there is no proof of delivery when asked except their ups was there. Which UPS comes by everyday to my community. I let Apmex know, called 100s of times and sent many emails, they made me go around get bunch of proofs for a month, never shared any info when asked about UPS shipment investigation process or proof. Said they will refund or send the package at the end and UPS Marked the package lost paid the claim to APMEX. But APMEX Kept both my money and UPSs money and denied the case and said they won’t speak to me anymore. I highly don’t recommend them. Please save yourself from their scams.. APMEX has pocketed my hard earned, penny by penny saved $17k and caused lot of distress from last 1month."

"I purchased an American Gold Eagle 1 oz coin (random year)The coin has a large dull/hazey area in the center of the double eagle side. I tried to submit a review on the APMEX site and they refused to post it.In fact, they have completely deleted the pending review from my APMEX account. (note: my review clearly met the APMEX guidelines and contained nothing inappropriate)IT IS NO SURPRISE that the APMEX site shows so many perfect 5 star ratings on its products and services. UPDATE REGARDING APMEX RESPONSE:my review was clearly about the condition of the product I purchased from APMEX."dull/hazey area in the center of the double eagle side" of a coin I purchased from APMEX.So, the response makes no sense whatsoever and demonstrates they are screening out negative reviews in violation of their own guidelines!I will purchase elsewhere in the future as I prefer to deal with companies that have integrity."

"Item supposed to arrive on 16 Nov 2021 but was delayed due to duty tax issues.Item delivery rearranged to 18 November 2021. However, the UPS man did not turn up on 18 Nov despite me waiting the whole evening. Called twice but never receive any call from delivery man still. I am still waiting, not knowing what happened to my item?"
