"Paul never replied to my e-mails.. I was disappointed with the quality of gold coins, and after buying a dozen of them... Nothing!Ususally 5 star, but for this purchase I give them a 1."

"Dear Mr. Stacy, We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your last order. According to our records, Paul responded to your email within 30 minutes of receiving it on March 23, offering to replace any coins you weren't completely happy with. I personally sent a follow-up email on April 1, and then tried to reach you by telephone, again offering to replace any coins you didn’t like and pay for shipping in both directions. At AGE, customer service is our highest priority. Our policy is to make sure everyone is completely satisfied with every transaction. We look closely at each coin we sell for quality control, to ensure that everything we deliver is at or above industry standards. Again, we're sorry that you feel we underperformed in this instance.
